    Hubert Cioromski '78

    Hubert Cioromski '78 was named the newest President of the Polish American Congress (PAC). The PAC encompasses over 3,000 Polish American organizations and clubs, representing at least 10 million Americans of Polish descent or origin. The Copernicus Center, a prominent Polish cultural organization in Chicago, recognized Ciromski, writing, "Hubert has long demonstrated unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and a deep commitment to the Polish-American community. We are tremendously proud of this well-deserved achievement and look forward with great anticipation to the impactful direction and future he will bring to the PAC."

    Dr. Jeffrey Schiappa '75

    While on vacation with his family in June, Dr. Jeffrey Schiappa '75 acted quickly to save the life of a young woman at Disney World. Schiappa noticed a crowd gathered around the young woman, who was unresponsive, and administered an AED. Read more about his heroic actions here.
  • Rev. John Hoffman '64

    In 2025, Rev. John Hoffman '64 will celebrate his 50th jubilee milestone with the Archdiocese of Chicago. Over the course of his career, Hoffman has served as associate pastor at Mary, Seat of Wisdom in Park Ridge; St. Bede in Ingleside; and St. James in Arlington Heights. He was also pastor of St. Teresa of Avila and St. Francis Xavier in La Grange. Following his retirement in 2017, he served as administrator of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Schaumburg until 2020.

    Members of the Class of 1979 hit the links on a two-day golfing trip in Kohler, Wisconsin, where Whistling Straits and Black Wolf Run provided a stunning backdrop for these Ramblers to reconnect.

    Members of the Class of 1956 got together on a beautiful day in June to enjoy lunch at Hackney's. These Ramblers traveled far and wide to be together, with Bruce DeMaeyer '56 coming in all the way from Louisville!

    Class of 1974

    After reconnecting during their 50th reunion in the fall, Bill Cerney '74, Dan Monckton '74, Tom Arens '74, and Bob Falk '74 continued to foster their lifelong Rambler friendships by gathering at Meier's Tavern in December to celebrate the holidays.
