Physical Education
The Physical Education Department promotes the lifelong pursuit of physical wellness while supporting the social-emotional growth of every student.
Rooted in Loyola Academy’s commitment to forming the whole person, our curriculum encourages students to develop healthy habits, build resilience, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and cultivate leadership through movement, teamwork, and reflection. Through a variety of activities and wellness experiences, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
In Physical Education, students do more than stay active—they learn to care for themselves and others as physically and socially-emotionally fit individuals.
