Girls' Track and Field Wins GCAC Championship
On Saturday, May 4, the girls' track and field team captured the 2019 GCAC Championship! Senior Addison Bendery won the 100 m dash, anchored the winning 4x100 relay team and finished 2nd in the 200 m dash. Nora Lyons '21 set a personal record in the long jump with her 2nd place finish. She also PR-ed and took 2nd place in the high jump as well.
Seniors Addison Bendery, Drea Barone, Brooke Fitzgerald, Arianna Awdisho, Anne Santangelo and Kate Santangelo have continued to set high standards for future Ramblers on the track. All six have had outstanding track careers at LA.
