Boys' Track Wins CCL Indoor Championship

Loyola won the Chicago Catholic League (CCL) indoor team title on March 17 at the University of Chicago. The varsity team won its 5th title in the past six years while the frosh/soph team won the team title for the first time since 2014. Individual varsity titles were won by seniors Eli Miller (800m), Jack Loveland (400m) and freshman Spencer Werner (1600m). Sophomore Spencer Dzyacky led Loyola with 14 points (runner-up in the 3200m and third in the 1600m). Frosh-soph titles were won by Michael Solmos (3200m), Seichi Shinozacki (800m) and Cameron Matejka (1600m).
