Loyola Academy's choirs presented their annual Christmas Concert on Saturday, December 13, performing in the historic St. James Chapel at the Quigley Center in Chicago. Set within the chapel’s stunning architecture, the concert offered a reflective and prayerful celebration of the Christmas season through sacred choral music.
The program featured Benjamin Britten's beloved Ceremony of Carols for harp and chorus, alongside a selection of timeless Christmas carols. The combination of soaring voices, harp accompaniment, and the sacred space created a powerful experience that invited the audience to pause, reflect, and enter more deeply into the spirit of Advent.
The evening highlighted the musical excellence and dedication of Loyola's student musicians and faculty, whose commitment to the arts continues to enrich the school community. Through their performance, the choirs shared their gifts in a way that uplifted both mind and spirit, embodying Loyola Academy’s mission to form students who lead with purpose, reflection, and gratitude.
