Girls' Basketball Advances to Third Consecutive IHSA 4A State Championship
The Loyola Academy Girls' Basketball team continues its remarkable postseason run, capturing the IHSA 4A Supersectional title with a decisive 56–34 victory over St. Charles East.
With the win, the Ramblers advance to the IHSA 4A State Semifinal for the third consecutive season—an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects the consistency and strength of the program.
Loyola will face Rolling Meadows in the IHSA 4A State Semifinal on Friday, March 6, at 4:15 p.m. A victory would send the Ramblers to the IHSA 4A State Championship game on Saturday, March 7, at 6:00 p.m.
The semifinal matchup will be televised live on WCIU, The U (Channel 26.1), providing the Loyola community an opportunity to cheer on the Ramblers from near and far.
