Boys Swimming & Diving Sends Strong Contingent to State

Roman Brummel '29 qualified in diving, while the Ramblers advanced six individual swimmers and two relay teams to state competition.

• 500 Freestyle: Cormac McEwen '27 (4:46.62)
• 100 Backstroke: Velizar Filipov '26 (50.49), Horia Dobrean-Urzica '27
• 100 Breaststroke: Devon Bone '26 (56.90)
• 400 Freestyle Relay (3:09.05): Tommy Gardy '26, Velizar Filipov '26, Cormac McEwen '27, Devon Bone '26

The team will compete at the IHSA State Championship on Friday, February 27, and Saturday, February 28, at FMC Natatorium in Westmont.
