Girls' Frosh/Soph Tennis Wins Third Consecutive GCAC Red Division Championship
For the third year in a row, the Loyola Academy Girls' Frosh/Soph Tennis Team captured the GCAC Red Division JV Championship, earning the title after another day of strong performances and determined play.
Competing at the XS Tennis & Educational Foundation against seven GCAC Red Division schools, the Ramblers posted key victories that secured the team title. Loyola earned 1st Place finishes at 2nd Doubles and 3rd Doubles, a 2nd Place finish at 2nd Singles, and a 4th Place finish at 1st Singles.
The championship came down to the final match of the day, where Loyola's 1st Doubles Team clinched a 6–3, 6–3 win over St. Ignatius to earn the decisive team points and capture the tournament title.
