Make sure you have an up to date physical!

TEAMS ANNOUNCED
Athletes will receive email by 9pm on Aug 13

PRACTICES
Athletes selected to a LAFH team will begin practice Aug 14 at our season practice times:
JVB 4:30-6:00
JVA 4:30-6:00
Varsity 3:30-5:30
