Varsity Football Conference Results
Congratulations to the following varsity football players for earning CCL Blue All-Conference recognition: Will Livingston '22, Holden Quinn '22, Brooks Bahr '23, Michael Williams Jr. '22, James Kreutz '22. Jake Stearney '23, John Michael Talanges '22, and Marco Maldonado '22. In addition, Jake Stearney '23 received CCL Blue offensive player of the year recognition and James Kreutz '22 received CCL Blue Defensive player of the year. Head Coach John Holecek was named CCL Blue Lawless "Coach of the Year."
Also, congratulations to the sophomore football team on their undefeated season!
Loyola Academy (9-0) is ranked #1 and will take on #32 Downers Grove South (5-4) in the first round of the Class 8A IHSA state playoffs on Saturday, October 30. Kickoff is at noon at Sachs Stadium.
