Girls' Varsity Soccer Clinches GCAC Championship
With their 2–0 victory over highly ranked St. Francis of Wheaton, the Girls' Varsity Soccer team clinched the GCAC Championship with a 5–0–1 record. St. Francis and the Ramblers were tied for 1st place heading into this highly anticipated match-up.
Loyola's Sammy Holton '19 scored on a header early in the game, and Emily Chrisman '19 scored the 2nd goal on a PK in the 2nd half. Maggie Avery '18 was fantastic in goal recording the shut out.
Come on out and honor the seniors this Friday, May 11, as the girls play their last home game of the season vs Stevenson at our Munz Campus at 5:00 p.m.
