On Saturday, June 16, the Class of 2013 reunited for their five year reunion with one of the most well-attended young alumni reunions on record!
As old friends gathered at Cortland’s Garage in Bucktown, laughter, hugs and fond memories filled the air. “I was constantly turning around and reuniting with people,” recalls Dana J. Jones ’13. “Everyone was embracing each other and reminiscing about their time at Loyola Academy. By the end of the night, it was so crowded that you couldn’t even move without bumping into someone!”
On the night of the reunion, spirits were high and the atmosphere jovial as Cortland’s Garage never seemed to empty of former classmates and friends.
“I attended my 5-year reunion because I wholeheartedly believe in Loyola's Jesuit mission,” says Richard H. Wehman III ’13.“My four years at Loyola Academy will always hold a special place in my heart because of the lifelong friendships I've developed. It's an honor and a privilege to be apart of such a diverse and committed community. I had an absolute blast on Saturday night!”
