The Class of 1967 Celebrates 50th Reunion

Members of the Class of 1967 gathered to celebrate their 50th Rambler Reunion over a fun-filled weekend September 8–10.
On Friday, alumni enjoyed a beautiful day of golf at the Evanston Golf Club followed by a lively cocktail party where former classmates traded stories and laughs, recounting their days spent as Ramblers from 1963–1967.

On Saturday, the Class of 1967 received a special recognition between quarters of the Loyola vs. Mt. Carmel varsity football game. The '67 grads also enjoyed tours of the school from current students and a pregame tailgate with classmates and friends before attending a special Class Mass in the Loyola Chapel. Loyola Academy President Rev. Patrick E. McGrath, SJ, celebrated Mass and special honor was given to classmates who have passed. A class photo was taken after Mass, and the class party—including dinner and cocktails—was enjoyed in the Rev. James C.L. Arimond '57 Student Center with Fr. Arimond himself in attendance.

The weekend came to a close with a celebratory brunch on Sunday morning at Hackney's on Lake in Glenview. Alumni had one more opportunity to say hello, and goodbye—until they meet again for their 60th Reunion in ten short years!

A special thank you to the Class of 1967 Reunion Committee:
