A new partnership with Quest Food Management Services, Inc. brings exciting changes to dining at Loyola beginning in August 2017.
Updates include:
A complete physical makeover of the cafeteria’s food service line which allows for improved diner convenience and more variety such as a salad bar, panini station and more.
New menus featuring more choices, seasonal and regionally-available ingredients, local and global food concepts, as well as a variety of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options
A new Loyola student center café offering fresh, grab-and-go options, beverages and a coffee bar before, during and after school
Responsible sourced food—Sourcing of milk that is local and free of added growth hormones, the use of trans-fat free oils and non-GMO soy oil, sustainable seafood, USDA-certified proteins and offering fair trade and rainforest alliance coffees and teas.
New vending machines featuring healthier choices and accept credit and debit cards.
Faster checkout with more cashiers and a new point-of-sale system enables students to deposit money on their LA student IDs
Quest Food Management Services was founded in 1985 in Lombard, Illinois, with the goal of providing fresh, made from scratch food and intensely personal service. Today, Quest has grown to serve over 80 educational institutions in 110+ facilities across Chicagoland.
