Teddy Berhane '27 Selected for Prestigious Student Perspectives Exhibition
Loyola Academy is proud to recognize Teddy Berhane '27, who has been selected for the 2026 Student Perspectives Juried Student Show at Perspective Gallery. The highly competitive exhibition received more than 750 submissions from high school student artists across the Chicago area, making Teddy's selection a significant achievement.
Teddy, a student in Mrs. Leslie Ann Yatabe’s Photography 1 class, will have his work featured in the gallery's exhibition from May 7–31, 2026. Selected photographs will also be available for purchase, offering the broader community an opportunity to engage with and support emerging young artists.
This recognition reflects both Teddy’s artistic talent and the strength of Loyola's visual arts program, where students are encouraged to explore their creativity, develop their voice, and pursue excellence in their craft.
