Loyola Academy Honors 2026 Tenure Recipients at Annual Mass and Celebration

On Monday, March 30, Loyola Academy gathered in the Chapel to celebrate a meaningful milestone in the lives of 18 faculty members who have been granted tenure. Rooted in our Jesuit mission, the conferral of tenure recognizes not only professional excellence, but also a sustained commitment to forming women and men for others through education, care, and witness.
Tenure at Loyola Academy affirms a faculty member's dedication to the intellectual, spiritual, and personal formation of students. It is both an honor and a responsibility—one that reflects years of thoughtful teaching, collaboration, and accompaniment of young people during a formative time in their lives.

The celebration began with Mass, grounding the occasion in gratitude and reflection. In the spirit of cura personalis, we recognized these educators for the ways they engage students not only in the classroom, but also as mentors, coaches, and leaders who help shape a community rooted in dignity, compassion, and purpose.
