Ramblers Sweep Jesuit Cup with Wins Over St. Ignatius
Both Loyola Academy varsity basketball teams claimed Jesuit Cup victories over St. Ignatius College Prep on Sunday, January 25, at St. Ignatius.
Originally scheduled for Friday, January 23, the games were postponed due to frigid weather, but the delay didn’t cool the Ramblers’ momentum.
The girls varsity team opened the day with a 49–39 win. The boys varsity team followed with a 70–57 victory, completing a sweep of the annual rivalry matchup.
Congratulations to both teams and their coaches on bringing the Jesuit Cup back to Loyola.
