Theology Department Hosts "Love into Action" Symposium
From April 24 to 28, the Ignatian Service Learning (ISL) and Arrupe Programs partnered with the Theology Department to host "Love in Action." 106 class sessions attended this weeklong symposium featuring five faculty panels, twenty-three guest speakers, eight gallery walks, twelve student panels, and more. The symposium celebrated student learning, centering on Loyola's goal of educating women and men for others.
The symposium's events and activities elevated students' voices, engaged the audience with important questions, and highlighted perspectives from the wider community—including speakers and faculty respondents. Student presentations included panel discussions and art.
