Freshman and Sophomore Parents Meet & Mingle at RPO Mixer

Over 300 parents and guardians of freshman and sophomore Ramblers gathered on the evening of Thursday, September 8, at a mixer hosted by the Rambler Parent Organization (RPO). The casual event took place outside of the McGrath Family Performing Arts Center and encouraged parents/guardians to get acquainted with one another and meet new friends.
Welcoming parents to the event was Missy Maher P ’23, ’25, Loyola Academy Vice President of Advancement Bob Miller P ’13, ’25, and Loyola Academy President Rev. Gregory J. Ostdiek, SJ. They encouraged Rambler parents to get involved in the life of the school and beyond the classroom. Also in attendance were Principal Charlie Heintz and members of Loyola’s Advancement department.

“Loyola Academy is blessed to have such a tight-knit community of parents and guardians,” said Special Events Coordinator Clarice Swanson ’14, who helped plan the event.

Many thanks to all attendees who helped make this a beautiful late-summer evening. And special thanks to co-chairs Kathy Ryan P '24, '26, Megan Ryan P '25, and Mary Anderson P '25 and the dedicated RPO parent volunteers who made this event possible!
