The Loyola wrestling team competed in the IHSA sectionals last weekend. Loyola had a great sectional and qualified four athletes for the IHSA state finals! The following boys qualified for the IHSA state finals in Champaign this weekend: Quinn Herbert '24 (4th place), Massey Odiotti '23 (sectional champion) and Cooper Wettig '22 (2nd place). Harlee Hiller '25 qualified for the inaugural IHSA girls' state wrestling finals in Bloomington on February 25–26. Harlee was the sectional champion at the IHSA girls' wrestling sectional and will represent Loyola as the first female wrestler in the IHSA state girls' wrestling finals.
