Junior Jilliana Alfano Earns Prestigious Scholarship to Travel to Puerto Rico

Jilliana Alfano '23, who serves as the vice president of Loyola's Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica, was selected as a recipient for a Bertie Green Scholarship. The scholarship provides an all-expenses paid trip to Puerto Rico this July sponsored by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP). Jilliana is one of only twenty students to be chosen nationwide! Congratulations to Jilliana on this prestigious Spanish Honors Society scholarship.
