Loyola Gold Claims 2022 Jesuit Cup Championship

Congrats to Loyola's gold hockey team on winning the 2022 Jesuit Cup in a 3–2 overtime victory over St. Ignatius! Goals by Zachary Waltman '23, Jack Gustafson '22 and Nicholas Malaniuk '22 with Bradin Haynie '23 in the net. The Jesuit Cup is an annual tradition that began in 2017. Now in its fifth year, the competition took place January 15–17. Hockey teams from the following schools competed at Johnny's IceHouse West (Chicago) and American Heartland Ice Arena (Lincolnwood): Loyola Academy, St. Ignatius, Regis Jesuit, Gonzaga, Notre Dame and Rockhurst.
