Rising Seniors Named to Hope Squad National Council
Congratulations to Hope Squad members Liam Zidar ’22 and Lauren Dziedzic ’22, who will represent Loyola Academy on the Hope Squad National Council next year! The Hope Squad National Council is composed of juniors and seniors who have served on a Hope Squad for at least one year. The National Council leads monthly support calls, organizes and presents at Hope Squad trainings and participates at national Hope Squad events and conferences.
“Loyola Academy is honored to have two rising seniors represent LA and the midwest high schools on the Hope Squad National Council,” says School Counseling Department Chair Mrs. Sheila Blanchfield, who moderates Loyola’s Hope Squad along with School Counselors Colleen Fahrenbach '11 and Gabrielle Feldman, PhD. “Liam and Lauren have shown tremendous leadership this year as the junior communications chair and junior outreach chair on our Hope Squad. Liam and Lauren, we are so proud of the work you will continue to do in raising mental health awareness for adolescents at the national level.”
