Women in Stem Hosts Girl Scout Workshop

On Tuesday, November 12, Loyola’s Women in Stem Club held a workshop for Girl Scouts. There were 18 girls in attendance from two troops—one from St. Francis Xavier and the other from Pope John.
Throughout the afternoon, the girls rotated through three different activity rooms led by current Loyola students and Women in Stem club members. The activities included learning how robots work, learning how to code, and coding and playing with robots.
