Loyola Students Recognized at 8th Annual Jesuit National 4x5 Competition

In April, Loyola Academy hosted the eighth annual Jesuit National 4x5, a hybrid art show and competition that requires all entries to be just four inches by five inches. The competition is open to all Jesuit high schools and awards prizes in categories such as color drawing, black and white drawing, printmaking, digital design, mixed media, sculpture and more.
This year's competition saw entries from 12 Jesuit high schools across the country including submissions from New York City, California and Puerto Rico.

Congratulations to the following Loyola Academy students who earned special recognition:

Elizabeth Balentine ’19—Honorable Mention in Printmaking
Grace Balestrery ’18—Third Place in Photography
Liam Brennan ’21—First Place in Opaque Painting
Emily Hoover ’18—Honorable Mention in Printmaking
Tatum Koehn ’18—First Place in Printmaking
Lizzie Ramirez ’18—Honorable Mention in Color Drawing
Natalie Regan ’19—Second place in Photography
Sabrina Sanfratello ’18—Honorable Mention in Photography

The exhibit will be on display from Friday, April 20, to Monday, May 7, in the Chapel hallway.
