Admissions Events

Junior High Event Registration Instructions

To register for any admissions event, simply log in to your parent/guardian My Loyola account and choose your junior high student's name in the child(ren) drop down menu. Not sure if you have an account?

  1. If you completed an inquiry form for your child in the past, you have a Loyola Academy account.
  2. If you have not completed an inquiry form, that is the first step on your child's Rambler journey. The inquiry form is available here.

  • Makeup Entrance Exam

    The alternate exam date is only for eighth graders who did not take the HSPT at another Catholic high school on December 2. Check-in begins at 3:45 p.m. and students must arrive by 4:00 p.m. Please enter through the main entrance (door #1). 

    While advance registration is recommended, walk-ins will be accepted. A $25 exam fee is required; payment may be made in cash or by check payable to Loyola Academy on the day of the exam. The test will end at approximately 7:30 p.m. Students are allowed to bring water and snacks. Application materials will be emailed at the conclusion of the exam.

  • VIP Girls' Basketball Night

    Girls in grades six, seven, and eight* are invited to enjoy an afternoon at Loyola Academy to cheer on the Loyola Ramblers vs. Richwoods (Peoria) Knights. As VIP guests, the participants will enjoy a snack and reserved seating, meet the coach and be part of the pre-game and post-game rituals. Come be a part of an exciting afternoon of Rambler basketball!

    Check in begins at 4:45p.m. in the lobby of door 6 (north of the stadium), event begins at 5:00 p.m., game starts at 5:30 p.m. and pick up is shortly after the game concludes. Registration fee is $25 and includes ticket to game, a snack, cinch bag, and girls' state championship t-shirt. If you have any questions, please contact the admissions office at admissions@loy.org.     *8th grade participants must have taken the entrance exam at Loyola Academy on December 7.
