Terms and Conditions

Raffle prizes are not transferable outside of the winner's family.
Any tax obligations related to the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner and may be withheld from the winnings by Loyola Academy, subject to IRS requirements (currently listed in Notice 1340). The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
Raffle ticket purchases are available only to those persons 18 years or older.
Each ticket shall represent an equal opportunity to win the raffle.
The winning ticket will be selected on Saturday, March 9, 2024, during the Ramble. The order of the drawing will be third prize, second prize, and then first prize.
The winning ticket holder does not need to be present at the drawing to win.
Winners will be notified by email no later than Monday, March 11, 2024. The winner of the early bird drawing will be notified by email no later than Friday, December 1, 2023.
All proceeds of the raffle are for the benefit of the Tuition Assistance Program at Loyola Academy, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization registered with the Secretary of the State of Illinois.
All applicable parking rules as listed by the Dean's office apply.
