Spring Choir Concert
Saint Mary's of the Lake Church, 4220 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago IL 60613Join us for a special evening of music as Loyola Academy’s choirs present Mozart’s Mass in C Major, known as the Coronation Mass, as part of their spring concert. This timeless masterwork for chorus and orchestra, first performed at the coronation of Francis II as Holy Roman Emperor in 1792, has since been a cherished selection for coronation ceremonies around the world.
This performance will take place in the magnificent acoustics and sacred setting of Saint Mary of the Lake in Chicago. As we celebrate the tradition of May Crowning through music, we invite all to experience the beauty and grandeur of this classical masterpiece.
This is a free concert and open to all. -
Junior High Pickleball Night
We're serving up a fun evening for students in grades 6, 7, and 8*! Join us for a night of pickleball and pizza at Loyola Academy. Registration is $25 and includes dinner and a t-shirt. Letting Go for Parents of Seniors: A College Counseling Program
ChapelThe transition to college involves change for students as well as parents. While colleges offer many services to assist students with a successful transition to college, it can be a transition for parents, too. Associate Dean of Students and Deputy Title IX Coordinator in the Office of the Dean of Students at Loyola University Samantha Maher Sheahan, along with Loyola Academy's College Counselors, will discuss resources and support for Rambler parents to help manage a changing relationship with your "adult" son or daughter. -

Catholic School Theatre Exchange
Loyola will host the inaugural exchange of theater students. High school students from Catholic schools across the Chicagoland area will come together to create a 24 hour play festival. Come see the first and final performance on Saturday night of what happens when multiple Catholic schools come together to create new performances. -

Ramblers Rally Day
Ramblers Rally Day is Loyola's Day of Giving, a special opportunity for the Loyola community to rally around the Annual Fund so that our students experience an exceptional Jesuit education at Loyola Academy.
Why is Loyola’s Giving Day on May 20?
On May 20, 1521, a cannonball shattered the legs of St. Ignatius during the Battle of Pamplona. This traumatic injury marks the beginning of Ignatius’ spiritual journey and the great conversion of his life from soldier to servant of Christ. Over 500 years later, this event and its aftermath continue to inspire. A “cannonball moment” has henceforth come to refer to any experience that leaves one profoundly transformed—with a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of mission or purpose.

Chase Tower, 10 S. Dearborn, Chicago, IlThe Young Alumni Council will host a breakfast networking session with John Fiore '90 P '21, managing director at JP Morgan Securities. During this networking opportunity, alumni will have the chance to hear from John as he speaks about his background in banking. This is a free event and registration will be limited to 25 people. Class of 2025 Commencement Ceremony
Northwestern University's Welsh-Ryan Arena, 2705 Ashland Avenue, EvanstonLoyola's Graduation Ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m. and will be held at Northwestern University's Welsh-Ryan Arena. The ceremony is approximately two hours. The arena is located at 2705 Ashland Avenue in Evanston.
The ceremony will be live streamed at goramblers.org/ramblerstream. -
