Symptom Checks

As of Monday, May 24, Loyola Academy will no longer be conducting temperature screenings or symptom checks at school entrances. However, by entering the building all employees, students, parents and visitors certify the following:
  1. I have not received a confirmed diagnosis for coronavirus (COVID-19) by a coronavirus (COVID-19) test or from a diagnosis by a healthcare professional in the past 14 days.
  2. I am not currently under an order of quarantine.
  3. I have not experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (e.g. fever or temperature of greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, pressure in the chest, extreme fatigue, persistent headache, vomiting, diarrhea and persistent loss of smell or taste).
