Update from PACE due to COVID-19

Due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, all trips footnoted as "school days only" in the public timetables for the routes listed below are not operating for the Fall 2020 semester.

Routes 213, 221, 230, 240, 250, 270, 301, 310, 313, 314, 315, 322, 350, 352, 385, 421, 422, 423, 533, 540, 546, 547, 548, 561, 562, 568, 569, 572

Please be advised that this includes school days only, trips on Routes 213, 421, 422, and 423 to Loyola Academy, Regina Dominican High School, and New Trier High School.
As we do every year, Pace worked to prepare to have bus service in place that serves students' needs, and Pace received many requests from students, parents, and administrators to alter bus service in response to new health and safety protocols. However, this year, Pace doesn't have the supply of either vehicles or drivers to offer as much service as we did during the 2019–20 school year, much less add service beyond 2019 levels to accommodate on-board social distancing practices. Additionally, due to the uncertainty of school schedules and the variety of remote/in-person/hybrid learning policies announced by suburban schools, Pace is not able to adjust its schedules this fall, as we traditionally do, to provide supplemental service for students. Please be advised that although "school days only" service will not operate, many schools are still served by Pace's regular, mainline service.
