CROSS COUNTRY AND TRACK & FIELD

At Loyola:

Cross Country: Earned All-State honors while placing 7th at the 2006 IHSA Cross Country Championship with a three mile time of 14:28...won Catholic League individual title in 2005 and 2006...holds school record for 5000m (15:28) and ranks second on three mile all-time list (14:28).

Track & Field: Rewrote the Loyola record book in the middle distances...placed 8th in the Mile Run at Nike Outdoor National Meet (4:09.70) in 2007...claimed the state championship in the 1600m Run (4:10.46) in 2007...took third in state in 800m Run (1:53.41) in 2006...earned All-State honors twice...five-time Sectional champion and six-time state qualifier...won ten individual Catholic League titles and was a member of three championship relay teams...holds school records in the 800m (1:51.9) and 1600m (4:08.11).

At Dartmouth College: Four-year letter winner...two-time All-Ivy Second Team in Cross Country...runner-up in 1500m Run at Ivy League Championship in 2009...placed in the top 25 at NCAA Northeast Cross Country Regional in 2009 and 2010.
