James Jackimiec, '66 (1990)

Golf Coach 

Jim began his career coaching varsity and frosh/soph golf since 1972. His 1986 varsity team brought Loyola Academy its 1st IHSA championship team trophy and produced the 1st individual golf state champion in the same year. Over a 19-year period, Jim's teams have captured 32 Chicago Catholic League team championships. In 2001, Jim's girls' golf team captured the inaugural GCAC golf conference championship.
