Advent is a season of expectant waiting and preparation. The season invites us to open our hearts to the ways God is breaking into our lives and the world.
Through a series of meditations, prayers and contemplative practices, we invite Loyola parents, alumni and friends to enter into this holy season. In this final session, we will explore the Visit of the Sheperds for it's wisdom and guidance. This is a busy time of year. Give yourself the gift of time—the time to be attentive to the deeper stirrings in your heart.
The Visit of the Shepherds
When the angels went away from them to heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let us go, then, to Bethlehem to see this thing that has taken place, which the Lord has made known to us."
