At Loyola Academy, we believe each student is to be known, to be loved and to be supported to reach their God-given potential. To that end, Loyola Academy is committed to developing a diverse, equitable and inclusive school culture.

As Ramblers, we seek to animate the inclusivity that is an essential component of our Jesuit, Catholic tradition. The Creator made a beautifully diverse world, and Jesus calls us to walk with those at the margins of society. Therefore, the Loyola Community strives to be builders of the Kingdom of God through equitable practices inside and outside of the building.

The Office of School Culture facilitates and supports the formation of students, alumni, faculty and staff in diversity, equity and inclusion education. We aim to achieve our goals by collaborating with student groups, providing professional development opportunities for faculty and staff, linking with Campus Ministry and Student Activities and networking with the Midwest Province and other Jesuit high schools.
