Fine and Performing Arts

The Jesuits have always understood that the arts play an important role in the enrichment of the human spirit and the development of creative thinkers. At Loyola Academy, we have a wide and diverse arts program. Join us and hear from Mrs. Colleen Aufderheid, department chair, who will provide an overview of the offerings available within the visual and performing arts department. A Q&A session will be available after the presentation.
Join us to hear from Margaret Rice, Language department chair, who will discuss the world language options available to students at Loyola including Spanish, French, Latin, Greek, and Chinese. Then, Josh Hooker, Theology department chair, will share information on Loyola's Theology curriculum. Finally, our school psychologist Natasha Sagalov will provide information on the requirements for obtaining accommodations for the HSPT exam. A Q&A session will available after the presentations.

English Department Chair Elaine Mueller and Social Studies Department Chair Chris Masello will discuss course offerings and opportunities within their respective departments. An overview of the Dumbach Scholars Honors Program will be conducted by moderator Lesley Shifrin. A Q&A session will be available following the presentations.
