Grandparent and Student Mass and Reception

After Mass, grandparents and Ramblers proceeded to the West Gym for a delicious breakfast and lively conversation.  The atmosphere was festive and laughter could be heard throughout the gym.  A photographer was present to take individual photos of the students with their grandparents to preserve a special memory of the delightful day.

 

Grandparents have a special place in our Ramblers lives and their impact can’t be measured, but they can be recognized and appreciated.  This wonderful new Mass and Reception is the beginning of a tradition that will carry on for many years in the future. 

 

Thank you to Chairs Kerrie and Mike McKeough and Mary Kate and Fred Donnelly and Co-Chair Dawn and John Livingston for spearheading this event.  Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who gave of their time and to our musicians, choir and Campus Ministry department.  These events would not be possible without Director of Special Events Sophie Streeter and Special Events Coordinator Joan Schniedwind.
