PE Department Names Ramblers of the Third Quarter

Each quarter the Physical Education Department recognizes students as "Ramblers of the Quarter" for their hard work and effort in PE. These students are selected based on four important criteria: excellent performance, unusual service for others, special accomplishment, and significant improvement. Please join us in congratulating the following students who earned this PE distinction for the third quarter: Lizzie Baskfield '26, Reagan Dickson '26, Colin Vardijan '26, Ethan McLean '26, Ellen Gundlach '25, Frankie Locke '25, James White '25, and Simon Terry '25.
Lizzie Baskfield '26
"Lizzie is an authentic Rambler for others. She helped classmates with swimming and helped them feel comfortable in the pool." — Coach Simon

Reagan Dickson ’26
“Reagan Dickson has been a wonderful student all year in Dance/Health. She comes prepared for class each day, gives 100% effort, works well with her other dancers, and is always up for the challenge of trying something new. Reagan shows a lot of respect for her teachers and students, is patient, and is always willing to help others out when needed. Thanks for a great year, Reagan!” — Miss H/ Mrs. Duda

Colin Vardijan ’26
“Colin is an outstanding example of what a PE student should be like. He’s always working hard in my class regardless of the sport. He goes above and beyond our expectations.” — Coach Batti

Ethan McLean ’26
“Ethan has a positive attitude whenever he comes to class. Whether it is PE or Health, Ethan is always involved. He always participates in all sports and activities with great effort and sportsmanship. In the Health classroom, he is always paying attention and asking questions to learn more about each subject we are discussing. Ethan is a pleasure to have in class every day.” — Coach Hohs

Ellen Gundlach ’25
“Ellen is a wonderful student who shows enthusiasm, dedication, and real Rambler spirit in class. She is always first to help others and demonstrates empathy and positivity to her classmates. Her attitude toward becoming a better athlete is infectious! Great work, Ellen!” — Coach Etheridge

Frankie Locke ’25

Simon Terry ’25
“Simon is a great role model for his peers in Adventure Education. He is always readily available to assist in any set up and support of his classmates. He works diligently and includes all within the framework of the tasks given. A gifted athlete who always puts his best foot forward. A great asset to the class!” — Coach Etheridge
