Girls' Basketball Wins Regional Championship
Congratulations to the girls' basketball team for winning the Regional Championship on Thursday, February 16, by defeating Evanston 43–30. The team was led by Paige Engels '24 with 22 points and 11 rebounds. Morgan Bruno '24 had 9 points.
The team advanced to the IHSA sectional semi finals, where they defeated York High School 69–66 in overtime. They moved onward to the IHSA Sectional Championship and fell 49-38 to Maine South on Thursday, February 23.
