Congratulations to the hockey players named to the Illinois High School All-State team! For the girls, the honor was extended to goalkeeper Shira Y. Wein ’23; defense: Deanna E. Buenzow ’22, Karly M. Klossal ’22, and Caroline M. Smith ’21; and forwards: Bryn E. Jones ’21, Jayna C. Park ’20, and Jeanna T. Rekoske ’20.  For the boys, the honor was extended to Loyola Gold captain Kevin Purcell ’21 (defense). Purcell was also named to the Scholastic Hockey League (SHL) 2nd Team Defense!
