Mothers' Club Started the Year with Mass and Reception

On Wednesday, September 11, Loyola Academy mothers and guardians gathered for an energizing morning of socializing, prayer and reflection.
Following a lovely continental breakfast, guests moved to the Chapel where Loyola Academy President Rev. Patrick E. McGrath, SJ, celebrated Mass on what marked the 18th anniversary of September 11. The attendees heard from Mothers' Club President Kathy Hayes, highlighting upcoming events and encouraging involvement. Fr. McGrath's homily was eloquent and poignant.  Loyola Academy Principal Charlie Heintz provided some thoughts as we embark on a new school year.

Thanks to Special Events Coordinator Joan Schniedwind and the chairs of the 2019 Fall Mass and Reception, Beth Cummins and Julie Schaefer. What a great start to the school year!
