The PLC Volunteers with Catholic Charities

On Tuesday, April 23, 15 Rambler alumni came together to feed the hungry in Chicago at Catholic Charities’ Tuesday Night Supper programming. Food was donated by Siena Tavern, and volunteers served meals tableside at Catholic Charities’ headquarters on LaSalle Street in downtown Chicago.
“As we continue to grow our partnership with Catholic Charities, our alumni again and again prove that Loyola’s mission to be women and men for others and leaders in service goes far beyond the four years spent at Lake and Laramie,” says Assistant Director of Alumni Relations Ashley K. Sanks ’10.

The event was sponsored by Alumni Relations in partnership with the President’s Leadership Council (PLC), a diverse group of Loyola Academy alumni who serve as ambassadors for the Loyola Academy young alumni community. The purpose of the PLC is to advance the Loyola Academy mission while providing opportunities for faith development, service offerings, and networking and professional development for the Loyola Academy community.
