One of our outstanding Skoglund Award winners, Bill Ahern was an Illinois All-State fullback his senior year. In addition, he was a finalist for the coveted Knute Rockne award presented annually by the Notre Dame University Club of Chicago. Bill went on to play at Notre Dame.
