College Seminar for Parents of Juniors

Parents of juniors are strongly urged to attend one of two upcoming college seminars (a second seminar is offered on Sunday, January 13, 2019). This program provides an important overview of the college counseling and guidance program at Loyola Academy.

Topics include:

• Standardized testing
• Timeline for junior and senior years
• Factors in the college admission process
• Preparation for and scheduling of the required individual college conference
• Demonstration of Naviance Family Connection, a web-based tool students use for college planning
• Student responsibilities and expectations

Students will receive this information in Formation.
