Our students, faculty and staff pray St. Ignatius Loyola's Examen daily. This technique of prayerful reflection helps us pay attention to our lives in order to detect God's presence and discern his direction for us. It teaches us how to find God in the context of our day—in the frustrations and sorrows, as well as in the challenges and joys. Join us virtually to learn more about the Examen and how to make this beautiful prayer a part of your day.
