Strengthening Mind, Body, and Spirit

In 2025, Loyola Academy opened the Athletics Performance Center, creating a dedicated space where students can build strength, improve wellness, and develop healthy habits that support lifelong success. Designed to promote physical fitness, conditioning, recovery, and overall well-being, the facility represents a significant investment in the health and development of the entire Loyola community.

While student-athletes utilize the space to enhance performance and prepare for competition, the Athletics Performance Center serves all students through physical education classes, wellness initiatives, and fitness programming. The facility provides access to modern training equipment and resources that encourage students to prioritize their physical health while developing habits of discipline, perseverance, and personal responsibility.

Rooted in Loyola Academy's Jesuit tradition, the Athletics Performance Center reflects the belief that education extends beyond the classroom. By supporting the physical dimension of student development alongside intellectual, spiritual, and social-emotional growth, the facility advances Loyola's mission of forming the whole person. It stands as a testament to the Academy's commitment to helping every Rambler pursue excellence while developing the strength, character, and resilience needed to thrive in school, in life, and in service to others.
