Parents - Parent Teacher Conferences
Loyola Academy uses an online system of registration for Parent/Teacher Conferences. You can register any time you wish up until the day before scheduled conferences. Once you create a schedule online, you will be able to return and edit it if you wish. The process is secure and should take no more than ten minutes to complete.
There are three (3) parts to the online conference registration process:
1. Account steup: You will need to set up a simple account, including your email address and a password of your choice. We are using a third-party service called Pick-a-Time to manage our conference registrations, so this is not the same as your Passport information.
2. Student identification: You will need to supply a Student ID and the last four digits of your home phone number so as to securely identify your student. You will need to complete this step for each of your students at Loyola Academy.
3. Conference scheduling: You will have a color-coded interface by which to schedule conferences for your student(s). You can return and edit your schedule up until the close of online registration.

(This will launch a new browswer window so that you can easily return to these instructions if you need them.)
Online sign up for parent/teacher conferences is now closed.
