Glenview Campus
Introduction
|
|
Loyola's 60-acre Glenview Campus is the site for athletic fields and a prairie, river and wetlands preserve area. It is located 3.4 miles from our Wilmette campus and is reachable by car in just ten minutes.
Student athletes use our Glenview campus for practice and competiton in soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, baseball, softball, and cross country.
Loyola's Science Department has overseen the development of the natural area surrounding the athletic fields. This area includes two wetlands in the northeast portion of the property, a prairie that skirts the perimeter of the athletic fields, and a section of the Chicago River that runs along the eastern border of the property.
